1.    Description and Data

       Rated DC voltage :Ud＝±500kV
       Rated DC current：Id=3000A
       Rectifying circuit：3 phase 12 impulse bridge rectifying circuit
       Cooling：forced deionized water cooling system
       Firing: Light trigger thyristor, BOD protection integrated inside thyristor, PLC online monitoring on thyristor failure
2.    Technical characteristics:
       Standard valve module assemblied with thyristors and heatsinks
       Pure (deionized) water cooling system in thyristor and reactor modules
       water cooled damping resistor which can keep safe on tempory high-loss state
       Number of key parts reduced, which lower the failure rate and make maintanance easy
       Instead of former high potential electronic circuit, BOD protection integrated inside LTT thyristor
       This product can not only satisfy the need of HVDC valve, TCR valve, but also have bright future in some new industrial fields like AC and DC active filter, STATCOM, TCSC, etc.
